Macintosh IIci
Picked up in shop haul. Cleaned up really nice, and had an Asante Nubus Ethernet card in it. Refurbished floppy drive and it reads and ejects properly. Tested working after a logic board recap.
Historical Context
The IIci was the sweet spot of the Mac II family: a 25 MHz 68030 with built-in video, 8-bit color without an expansion card, and a cache slot that made it significantly faster with the right accessory. It became the standard professional Mac for graphic designers and desktop publishers throughout the early 1990s.
